Privacy Policy

Who we are
Tethr is a product of Fastshot, Inc. ("Fastshot," "we," "us"), the company that operates fastshot.ai. We make an iOS follow-up assistant for ADHD adults whose reminders disappear into notification noise.

What we collect
When you take the quiz
- Your answers to the five quiz questions
- Anything you type into the "first reminder" survey field
When you reserve a spot
- Email address (required)
- Phone number (optional — only if you give it to us, for SMS / call escalation)
When you pay
Your payment information goes directly to Stripe. We don't see or store your card number. From Stripe we receive: the last 4 digits of your card, billing country and zip code, and a token used to process recurring charges.
Automatically, when you visit the site
- IP address
- Browser type and version
- Pages you visit and time spent
- Where you came from (Google, Meta, TikTok, direct link)
- Click IDs from ad platforms (utm_source, fbclid, gclid, ttclid, msclkid) — so we can understand which ads work
When you use the app (after TestFlight access)
- The reminders you create (text, time, follow-up level)
- App usage (which screens you use, when reminders fire, what you tap)
- Device type and OS version
- Anonymized crash reports
Why we collect it

Who we share it with
Service providers that get the data when they need it to do their job:
- Stripe — payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Apple TestFlight — to distribute the beta build. Your Apple ID email is used for invites.
- Analytics provider (Google Tag Manager or similar) — for site analytics.
- Email service provider (e.g., Resend, Postmark) — transactional emails like TestFlight invites, receipts, refund confirmations.
We do not sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Legal obligation: If a court or law-enforcement agency compels us, we comply with valid legal process. We'll try to notify you unless legally prohibited.
How long we keep it

If you close your account, we delete personal data within 30 days — except records we're legally required to keep.
Your rights
You can:
- Ask what we have on you. Email support@fastshot.ai; we'll send a copy within 30 days.
- Correct anything wrong. Same email.
- Delete your data. Same email — honored within 30 days, except records required by law.
- Stop marketing emails. "Unsubscribe" link in any email, or write to us.
- Opt out of analytics. Use your browser's "Do Not Track" setting; we honor it.
If you live in California (CCPA / CPRA)
You have the rights above, plus:
- Know specifically what personal information we've collected, sources, purposes, and categories of third parties
- Delete personal information we hold (with the same legal-record exceptions)
- Opt out of any "sale" of personal information — we do not sell personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
To exercise these rights, email support@fastshot.ai with "CCPA Request" in the subject.
If you live in the EU or UK (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Same rights above. The legal bases we rely on for processing:
- Contract — billing, TestFlight invites, delivering the product you paid for
- Consent — marketing emails, analytics cookies (where we ask for it)
- Legitimate interest — running the business, fraud prevention, basic site analytics
You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing before the withdrawal. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies and tracking
We use:
- sessionStorage — one key (fua_session_v1) that holds UTM parameters during your visit so we know which ad sent you. Cleared when you close the tab.
- Stripe iframe cookies — Stripe's own cookies when you check out. See stripe.com/cookies.
- Analytics cookies — if you've enabled analytics consent. Used to count visits and understand traffic, never to advertise to you on other sites.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not personalize the page based on identity beyond what your quiz answers tell us.
Children
Tethr is not designed for and not intended to be used by people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email support@fastshot.ai and we'll delete it.
International transfers
If you are outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using Tethr, you consent to that transfer.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we'll email anyone with an account and post the change at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
